1. Purpose, Scope and Users
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to explain our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information when you use any of the following services from Manac Inc. or its subsidiaries (hereinafter “Manac” or “we”) as:
(i) a visitor to one of Manac’s or one of its subsidiaries’ Websites or use of one of our wireless Internet access services (“Website”);
(ii) a customer of Manac for the purchase of a trailer, equipment or parts or the repair or use of any other service offered by our Parts and Service Network (“Customer”);
(iii) a visitor to or purchaser from our Online Store (“Store”);
(iv) a candidate applying via a Manac Website (“Applicant”);
(v) a person wishing to contact Manac or any of its subsidiaries via the contact form on a Manac Website, by email or in person (“Contact”).

The purpose of this notice is also to explain to you the type of personal information we collect when you use a Service, the purpose of such collection, and the period for which we retain such information. This notice also informs you of your privacy rights and how the law protects your right to access your information, including updates to such information, options available to you regarding your information, and how to obtain further information related to this notice.
Our products and services are not aimed at children, nor are they intended for use by children. We do not voluntarily collect personal information from children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 16 should not register or provide personal information to Manac without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you suspect that we have received personal information from children under the age of 16, please contact our Privacy Officer.

2.1. What personal information do we collect?
We have grouped the personal information we collect into six (6) categories, which are outlined below. We collect the following information when you use the identified Services:

2.1.1. Usage data
We may collect usage data automatically when you use one of our Services.
Usage data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, which pages of our Service you visit, time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Manac collects your information and personal data to:
- Process your quote, order, service request or any other inquiry;
- Reply to a contact request;
- Receive your application and communicate with you;
- Send you important information about the safety of our products;
- Offer products, services or other information that may interest you in the future (e.g., newsletter);

Whenever Manac participates in a commercial transaction, your personal information may be disclosed to the other party involved in such a transaction.
